MAKER SPOTLIGHT - EL LOVAAS
Something that immediately caught our attention about El was her process and the energy she pours into her work. Before she begins every piece she always writes a positive message on the substrate. Although she will cover the message with various mediums, the message will remain with the piece eventually making it’s way to your home. Her work is an expression of feeling in the moment and as she creates she incorporates different mediums layer after layer. She’ll work, let it dry then come back later and work again.
